Delete your Bill Buddy account
You can request permanent deletion of your Bill Buddy account and associated cloud data at any time.
How to request deletion
- Email us from the same email address used for your Bill Buddy account.
- Use the subject Delete my Bill Buddy account.
- We may ask you to verify ownership before processing the request.
What will be deleted
After ownership is verified, we will delete your Bill Buddy authentication account, profile, personal contact details, pending invitations and join requests, and cloud data associated only with your account.
Information that forms part of a shared group record may be retained only where necessary to preserve other members' expense and settlement records, and will no longer be linked to your active account. Information may also be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.
Processing time
We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days and will confirm when the request has been processed.
